Pick-up procedure

  • The customer will receive a call confirming delivery of goods from a shipping company authorized by SabaiArom
  • The customer checks the product and signs the product with the courier.
  • The customer has the right to refuse to receive the product. In case the product, product code, price, color, and shape do not match the customer’s order from the website, or the product is abnormal, has dents, or is damaged.
